Description
Coloured carp fish swim in a sea full of reflections and eddies.
I used to work in a place with a pool of carp. The lift from garage had a glass wall facing the pool. Would see them underwater daily.
Then, as a painter, I visited a japanese house/garden/cultural centre. Of course there was a koi carp pool, I got busy with my watercolours.
In this piece I let loose with my imagination, based on the experiences described above.

One of my favorites of your entries in this challenge. As all the others already said - love the colors and movement in this (can't find better words). Lf tweet

That would be so cool! People around here like to have coi in ponds but there are so many herons around, the fish don't last long.
James McCormack replied:
I think the danger here is people fishing, if you're hungry you don't care.

A most excellent start to the one-week challenge, James! Colorful and fun and very eye-catching!

Thanks Peggy. I used to work in a place with a pool of carp. The lift from garage had a glass wall facing the pool. Would see them underwater daily.
